We create opportunities, foster inclusivity, and build brighter futures for individuals with neurodivergence by breaking barriers and cultivating community.
Inclusive Minds Foundation exists to expand access to neurodivergence-affirming care, learning, and community. We support autistic, ADHD, OCD, gifted, and otherwise neurodivergent people across the lifespan—not to “fix” anyone, but to help each person understand themselves, build tools that fit, and feel more resourced and connected.
We believe neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of human variation.

A world where neurodivergent people are seen clearly, supported well, and free to build lives that fit, without pressure to mask, shrink, or “prove” their needs.

We offer therapy, evaluations, coaching, groups, retreats, and education that are practical, compassionate, and tailored to real neurodivergent lives.

Join us in growing access and belonging. Volunteer, donate, partner, or share our work... every bit helps more people get the support they deserve.

We create spaces where neurodivergent people and families can find connection, language, and relief in being understood by others who “get it.”
At Inclusive Minds Foundation, we go beyond inclusion — we build belonging. We offer neurodivergence-affirming care, community, and education that support you as you are, without pressure to mask or fit a mold.
Neurodivergent lives deserve support that actually fits. We build programs that meet people where they are… through affirming care, reduced-fee options, and community spaces that honor real brains and real needs.
We offer neurodivergence-affirming therapy, coaching, and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families. Reach out for care at standard rates — and if cost is a barrier, you may qualify for a reduced-fee rate.
Our retreats are a chance to slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply understood. They blend learning, rest, and real community — without pressure to mask or perform.
We offer groups and workshops where neurodivergent people (and loved ones) can connect, learn, and feel less alone. Some groups have reduced-fee rates, and you’re welcome to reach out either way.
Know Your Neurotype is a gentle, affirming way to understand how your brain works — without pathologizing who you are. Come explore your patterns, strengths, and needs in language that fits.
