Inclusive Minds Foundation is a nonprofit clinical organization offering therapy, coaching, psychological evaluations, and community-based programs. Most clients work with us as private pay. We do not bill insurance directly, but we are happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.
We believe access includes transparency. The information below is meant to help you understand what to expect before reaching out.
Rates vary based on clinician, service type, and scope of care. Exact rates are always shared before scheduling.
Most therapy and coaching sessions range from $200-$300 per session, depending on the clinician’s training, licensure, and specialty.
Evaluations are billed hourly and typically range from $250-$550 per hour, depending on the psychologist and the depth of the evaluation. Total cost varies based on the type and length of assessment recommended.
If you have questions about what level of care may be appropriate, our team is happy to talk it through with you.
Inclusive Minds Foundation brings together a highly specialized team. Our clinicians have specialized training and deep experience in neurodivergence-affirming work (including autism, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and complex neuroprofiles), and we match clients thoughtfully based on fit and clinical needs.
We always confirm rates up front so you can make an informed, pressure-free decision before scheduling.
We do not accept insurance or bill plans directly.
We do provide monthly superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage.
Reimbursement varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurer directly to understand your coverage.
(Unsure how to ask your insurer? We put together this document to help walk you through it.)
As a nonprofit, we reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who need financial support.
Reduced-fee care is offered through a short application process reviewed by our administrative team. This allows us to offer support fairly and sustainably, while keeping clinicians out of the position of making fee decisions in session.
Reduced-fee rates are awarded based on financial need and available program funds. Applying will never affect your ability to pursue full-fee care with our team.
Whether you pursue standard-rate care or apply for reduced-fee support, your work with Inclusive Minds Foundation helps sustain access for others and supports the growth of neurodivergence-affirming care, education, and community programs.
If you’re unsure where to start or have questions about rates, we’re always glad to help.
Our care team will match you with the coach who best fits your goals, communication style, and neurotype.
