Inclusive Minds Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to neurodivergence-affirming care. We facilitate connection with independently licensed clinicians and experienced coaches who provide therapy, coaching, and psychological evaluations, alongside community-based programs and educational offerings.
Most of our services are private-pay. While we don’t bill insurance companies directly, we provide detailed monthly statements (superbills) that you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.
We work with a network of independent licensed clinicians and experienced coaches to offer therapy, coaching, psychological evaluations, and community programs.
We believe access includes transparency. The information below is designed to help you understand what to expect as you explore care options through Inclusive Minds Foundation.
Rates vary based on clinician, service type, and scope of care. Exact rates are always shared before scheduling.
If you have questions about what level of care may be appropriate, our team is happy to talk it through with you.
Inclusive Minds Foundation works with a highly specialized care team and supports access to a range of neurodivergence-affirming services. Rates vary to reflect differences in service type, scope of care, and the level of expertise involved, and are structured to promote consistency, transparency, and sustainability across our programs.
Our care coordination team matches clients thoughtfully based on goals and clinical needs.
We do not accept insurance or bill plans directly.
We provide monthly superbills that clients may submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement if they have out-of-network coverage. Superbills include the information typically required by insurers, such as service dates, codes, and provider details.
Reimbursement varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurer directly to understand your specific out-of-network benefits.
We created a simple, step-by-step guide with the exact questions to ask so you can verify your coverage easily. Download our Insurance Verification Guide.
As a nonprofit, we reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who need financial support.
Reduced-fee care is offered through a short application process reviewed by our administrative team. This allows us to offer support fairly and sustainably, while keeping clinicians out of the position of making fee decisions in session.
Reduced-fee rates are awarded based on financial need and available program funds. Applying will never affect your ability to pursue full-fee care with our team.
Whether you pursue standard-rate care or apply for reduced-fee support, your work with Inclusive Minds Foundation helps sustain access for others and supports the growth of neurodivergence-affirming care, education, and community programs.
If you’re unsure where to start or have questions about rates, we’re always glad to help.
Our care team will match you with the coach who best fits your goals, communication style, and neurotype.
