Inclusive Minds Foundation grew from over 20 years of clinical work supporting neurodivergent individuals and families through Spectrum Services NYC. Over time, it became increasingly clear that many people were struggling not only to access neuroaffirming care, but also to find affordable support, practical resources, education, and community-centered guidance.
Our founder, Dr. Rahimeh Andalibian, spent years at the helm of Spectrum Services NYC. There, she witnessed firsthand the profound need for accessible, neuroaffirming care that reaches beyond those who can afford private practice.
Driven by the belief that support should never be a privilege of means, Dr. A transitioned her vision into a non-profit model. IMF was established to reframe the global conversation around neurodivergence. She aimed to move away from clinical “deficits” and toward a model that honors both the unique strengths and the real-world challenges of our community.
Today, the dedicated team of clinicians from Spectrum Services has moved their collective mission into IMF to ensure everyone has a “circle of support.” We’ve carried over the expertise and heart of Spectrum Services into a broader mission: providing high-quality resources, advocacy, and programs to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.
