Know Your Neurotype is an educational initiative currently in development at Inclusive Minds Foundation. It’s designed to help people better understand how they think, process, relate, and move through the world – without pathologizing difference or reducing complex human experiences to labels.
This program will offer accessible, neuroaffirming education around neurotypes, strengths, challenges, and lived experience, with the goal of increasing self-understanding, compassion, and practical insight – for neurodivergent people and the people who love, support, and work alongside them.
We’re excited about what’s taking shape and look forward to sharing more soon, including courses, resources, and community offerings.
