Coach
Christina Donaldson has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in positive and coaching psychology. She started her career as a crisis center advocate and went on to work with individuals with disabilities as a community habilitation specialist and a job coach. For the last five years, Christina has worked as a mental health coach for an online mental health platform supporting clients with a wide range of challenges.
As a coach, Christina collaborates with clients so they can move toward the kind of growth and life that feels meaningful to them. Her approach is gentle and curious, meeting clients where they are. She supports clients to reflect and think in new ways, and uses techniques from positive psychology, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and other coaching frameworks. Her aim is to create a space where clients feel seen and heard while developing greater self-awareness and alignment with their values.
After learning of her own autism later in life, Christina felt drawn to focus her work on supporting neurodivergent adults. Christina works with adults of all backgrounds and neurotypes and specializes in supporting late-identified/diagnosed AFAB people.
Christina’s experience includes helping clients better understand themselves and their needs, build self-compassion, navigate burnout and life transitions, cope with executive functioning challenges, and navigate the complexities of daily life.
Her belief is that when we start to explore more of who we are, we begin to move in the direction of living a life that is more authentic and purposeful. Christina would be honored to be part of that process with you.
