Taking time to reflect on yourself can feel like a big step! We are really glad you are here and willing to explore.
Who is this screener for?
This screener is called the AQ. It is one of several tools used to look at traits related to autism. It can help you think about whether additional support or services might be helpful, and what steps you may want to take next, such as seeking an evaluation or diagnosis. The AQ gives a general overview of autistic traits with one overall score.
Remember, this screener is not meant to define you or tell your whole story. It is simply a starting point to help you learn more about yourself.
