Autistic Men’s Therapy Group

June 8 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
$100

Overview

This is an ongoing, therapist-led virtual group for autistic adults who identify as men. It’s a low-pressure space to connect with others, reflect on your experiences, and engage in a way that feels comfortable and natural.

The group is open to those who are formally diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring whether autism may be part of their experience.

Sessions combine open discussion with light structure and optional prompts, creating a flexible and supportive environment without pressure to participate in any one “right” way.

Who This Group Is For

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Identify as autistic or are wondering whether you might be
  • Are 25+ and identify as male
  • Want to connect with others who share similar experiences
  • Have felt out of place in more neurotypical environments
  • Prefer a space where you can participate at your own pace

Whether you’re just starting to explore autism or have a well-established understanding of it, all stages are welcome.

What the Group Is Like

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • A general theme (e.g., work, relationships, identity, masking, burnout)
  • Space for open discussion and personal sharing
  • Multiple ways to participate (reflection prompts, brief exercises, occasional mindfulness)
  • Light structure to reduce ambiguity
  • Allows for multiple ways of participating
  • Respects different communication styles and pacing
  • Avoids putting people on the spot

You’re free to engage in whatever way feels most comfortable, whether that’s speaking, listening, or reflecting. There’s no pressure to share beyond what feels right.
